SW Tech Corp. is a California-based critical minerals company operating two significant projects: the Salton Sea Lithium Project and the Ord Mountain Gold-Copper Porphyry Project, both located in Southern California.

Project Salton is strategically located within the Salton Sea Known Geothermal Resource Area, spanning 40+ acres with potential to expand. The project is surrounded by proven, sizable brine and geothermal resources beneath the surface.

Our Mission: Project Salton has been curated to energize and reshape the American critical mineral industry chain through locally fully-integrated processing and refining, leveraging proven innovative DLE technology.

Ken Wang, PhD Geo.

Chairman, CEO & Director

Ken has over 25 years of experience in the mining and natural resource industry. He has served as Managing Director and Head of Natural Resources for both RBC Capital Markets' Global Investment Banking Asia and Bank of China's Global Investment Banking operations. Ken previously worked for Minmetals Corp. of China and the Geological Survey of Canada, and has served on the boards of Silk Road Resources, Orsa Ventures, China West Gold, and as Board Advisor for GoldMining Inc. He earned a PhD from University of Alberta, and M.S. and B.S. from Peking University, all in Geology.

Bernard Guarnera, P.Eng. & P.Geo.

Director

Bernard has 50 years of mining experience and currently serves as Principal, Partner and Director of Behre Dolbear. He was Chairman & CEO of Behre Dolbear from 1991 to 2013, growing the company from a single office in New York City into one of the premier mining consulting firms with offices in North and South America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. An expert in mineral property evaluation, ore reserve estimation, and exploration program design. He served on the Board of Directors for Golden Queen Mining (Soledad Gold Mine, California). Bernard holds a B.S. in Geological Engineering and M.S. in Economic Geology from Michigan Technological University.

Edward Posey

Director

Edward has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry, having held several director and CEO positions. He served as President and Director of Lundin Mining Corporation (TSX: LUN, 1998-2005), during which Lundin became one of the world's leading zinc producers. He also served as President, CEO and Director of Sirocco Mining Inc. and Arcland Resources Inc., and as President of Cortex Mining & Exploration Company. Mr. Posey is a Professional Mining Geophysicist and graduate of the University of Utah.
