Our Projects

Two flagship projects in Southern California positioned to reshape America's critical mineral and energy landscape.

Salton Sea Lithium Project

Project Salton is strategically located within the Salton Sea Known Geothermal Resource Area, spanning 40+ acres with potential to expand. The region hosts billions of tons of geothermal brine proven to contain commercially viable concentrations of lithium, manganese, and zinc.

  • Located within the Salton Sea Known Geothermal Resource Area (40+ acres, expandable)
  • Leverages proven ILiAD DLE Technology to produce lithium chloride (LiCl) for battery-grade chemicals
  • Extracts manganese and zinc coproducts from brine after geothermal energy production
  • PEA demonstrates viable, fast-to-production combination of 50 MW geothermal + 20,000 tonnes LCE/year

Permitting: NEPA/CEQA and Mineral Extraction permits are highly supported by local and national authorities, providing a clear regulatory pathway for project development.

Ord Mountain Gold-Copper Porphyry Project

An advanced exploration asset featuring a gold-copper porphyry deposit in a mining-friendly jurisdiction in San Bernardino County, California. Extensive drilling and exploration work has been accomplished since 2010 with approximately $20 million invested.

  • Gold: 2.7 million oz large historical inferred resources (not compliant today)
  • Copper: 960 million pounds large historical inferred resources (not compliant today)
  • Silver: 20.6 million oz large historical inferred resources (not compliant today)
  • Multiple mineralized zones with potential to increase resources significantly
  • 4 km of Au-Cu mineralization on surface, amenable to open-pit mining
